Vets with horsepower
Vets with Horsepower was founded in 2009 by Prof Derek Knottenbelt. Getting together a group of well-established equine vets and lecturers, they believe the world can be made a better place for everyone, one step at a time, while having ‘a thing’ for motorbikes. These two elements are the mainstay for ‘Vets with Horsepower”, a UK registered charity that provide CPD lectures to other equine vets across the world, raising funds for charities while using their motorbikes to get them around!
