$7,000 FEED APPEAL
Help Us Feed Seha and His Crash This Winter
Seha, our incredible rhino survivor, and the rhinos in his crash need your help. We urgently need to raise $7,000 to provide the extra feed they require over the coming months.
Providing supplementary feed is essential for their health and survival, especially during winter. Here’s why:
1. Nutritional Support
During the African summer, natural vegetation lacks essential nutrients. Supplementary feed ensures our rhinos receive a balanced diet to maintain their health and weight.
2. High Energy Demands
Rhinos need extra energy to cope with the higher activity in the summer. Roughage and pellets are critical to meeting their increased energy needs.
3. Limited Rainfall
Seha and his crash live in a dry, northern region of South Africa in the rain shadow of the Soutpansberg Mountain. Even during the rainy season, natural resources are scarce.
4. Supporting Calves
Supplementary feed promotes healthy growth and development for calves. A balanced diet also strengthens their immune systems, reducing the risk of diseases.
Why Your Support Matters
By providing extra feed, we ensure Seha and his crash remain healthy, strong, and thriving all year round. But this critical care comes at a cost. We rely on the generosity of supporters like you to meet these needs.
💛 Will you help us reach our $7,000 goal? Every dollar makes a difference. 💛
